We ship to Malaysia only at this moment. We cover all of the domestic area of this country.

When will I receive my order? 

After you have successfully placed your order, our Customer Service team will conduct a verification process and update you as soon as possible by email or SMS.
After successful verification, you can expect to receive your order within 2-3 working days.


How do I track the order?

Tracking number will be sent to you via email, you can use the tracking number to trace in Pos Laju website. 

I placed multiple orders, are you sending together or separately?

If we process your orders together, we will send out in one parcel together, unless the stock availability differs then we will ship out your orders in separate parcels. 


Can I cancel my order after order has been shipped?

Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate to your cancelation request once the item has been shipped. However you may decline the delivery and we can issue credit refund to you upon receiving the return parcel. Do note that shipping fees will be applied before we issue refund. 


Can I prearranged the date I want to get the delivery?

We regret to inform you that we are unable to accommodate scheduling of deliveries. However, you may coordinate with our courier partner to schedule according to your preference.


Do you offer international shipment?

Unfortunately we currently offer shipping to Malaysia only.
